Empowering William Morris residents to improve their area

Inspired by the community achievements of William Morris Big Local over the last 12 years, as that programme finishes in 2024, we will be here to continue its legacy of positive change.

We are William Morris Community Threads, a community organisation based in the William Morris area of Walthamstow. We bring people together and work alongside you to weave stronger connections in our community.

Volunteering Opportunities
-
Of course, we are keen to add to the pool of enthusiastic volunteers who run the Community Living Room and Youth Club!
-
For people who would like cleaner streets, there is a monthly litter pick organised by local residents
-
and for people who love plants, there is a monthly gardening session at the triangle garden where South Countess Road meets Forest Road.
